Rihanna Makes Comeback with ‘Lift Me Up’ for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’

The OST is the new mom’s musical return after six years.

Rihanna is back after six long years with the release of her solo song, Lift Me Up, for the Marvel sequel film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

This is her first solo single since Love on the Brain in 2016.


The Diamonds singer shared a first look at the song with a hum on the tune and we are really excited.

She is releasing her song through the Westbury Road label, in conjunction with Roc Nation, Def Jam Recordings, and Hollywood Records.

The news comes only weeks after the NFL announced Rihanna would perform the popular Super Bowl halftime show in February.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a Barbadian singer, actress, and businesswoman. Her chart-topping single Umbrella earned her her first Grammy Award and propelled her to global stardom.

Besides music, Rihanna is known for her involvement in humanitarian causes, entrepreneurial ventures, and the fashion industry.

Rihanna is the founder of the nonprofit organization, Clara Lionel Foundation; the cosmetics brand, Fenty Beauty, and the fashion house, Fenty under LVMH. She is the first black woman to head a luxury brand for LVMH, and also ventured into acting for some time.

Rihanna’s fan base has been urging her for a ninth album, which she had said would be “reggae-infused”. Note that she had hinted at its completion in 2019.

Earlier this year, she gave birth to a baby boy with the rapper A$AP Rocky.
