A few weeks back, veteran actress Rubina Ashraf tested positive for coronavirus. Just days after the news broke out, Pakistani actor Syed Sajid Hasan shared details of her being critically ill and shifted to a hospital.
He posted a request for prayers on his Twitter handle and wrote,

Later, he responded to a tweet and said that she is getting better after confirming it with her husband.

However this morning, the actress surprised her fans by sharing the news of her recovery on her social media. She posted a photo with fellow actress Badar Khalil, thanking her and all the fans.
And this morning, the actress herself took to Instagram to post a photo with fellow actress Badar Khalil, thanking her and her fans for the prayers that saved her.

Her first post after the recovery has garnered an outpour of love and well wishes from fans and followers.
