In a recent Instagram live session with Imran Abbas, Saba Qamar talked about the hatred and criticism celebrities face these days.
“We don’t appreciate people on their good work. We rather mock them. It’s such a small industry but still there are so many problems and jealousy among people.”
When Imran Abbas said that they are often criticized for talking about religion, Saba seconded his opinion and said that they get to hear vulgar names instead.
“People call us ‘kanjar’. If a ‘kanjar’ is making you happy then you should be thankful to us.”
Saba also said that she doesn’t take these people seriously. She doesn’t let it affect her and suck out her positive approach to life.
“I don’t take these things on the heart. I don’t give a shit about these people. I don’t waste my energy on people who are illiterate. Just stay positive man, have fun.”
