Saheefa Jabbar Returns to Our TV Screens in Comedy Series ‘Rafta Rafta’

After a gap of four years, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak is set to make a triumphant return to our television screens with her upcoming comedy series Rafta Rafta on Green TV.

The popular actress and model will be joined by esteemed co-stars Hina Dilpazeer and Zaviyar Nauman Ejaz in what promises to be a delightful and refreshing addition to the summer drama season.

Directed by Khalik Khan, Rafta Rafta is slated to be a six-to-eight-episode comedy series scheduled for release during the holy month of Ramadan. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak revealed that Hina Dilpazeer will portray her mother in the show.

Expressing her excitement about the project, Saheefa emphasized that Rafta Rafta deviates from the stereotypical elements prevalent in many drama serials, such as excessive crying or physical confrontations. She expressed gratitude for the absence of such clichés and described the series as “fun and cute”.

In terms of her character and appearance, Saheefa Jabbar shared that her role in Rafta Rafta resonates closely with her personality, portraying an independent and lively character akin to herself.

She also highlighted the distinctive wardrobe styling for her character, opting for a more traditional look with kurta pyjamas and khusas, a departure from her previous projects where she often portrayed characters in modern or desi attire.
