Sara Ali Khan has also been granted the privilege of being cast alongside her father Bollywood superstar Saif Ali Khan. The father daughter duo will be cast together in the sequel of Love Aaj Kal.
DNA had earlier reported that Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 will feature Sara Ali Khan as the lead female alongside Kartik Aaryan.
Now the outlet has revealed that Saif Ali Khan has also been signed on for the project. Saif will be playing the role of Sara Ali Khan’s father in the reboot of his 2009 film Love Aaj Kal.
“This will be the first time that Saif will be sharing screen space with his daughter Sara. It’s not just a cameo but a full-fledged role. He will play the role of Sara’s father on screen as well.”
