Palak Tiwari, who will soon be making her Bollywood debut with the upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, spoke about working with Salman Khan and revealed the rules that he enforces on his sets.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Palak revealed that one rule that Salman had enforced on set for all the female crew members is that no girls will wear low necklines on his sets and all the girls should be covered properly. She said that nobody was more pleased about this rule than her mother.

She recalled,
When I was AD-ing with Salman sir on Antim, I don’t think many people know this, Salman Sir had a rule ‘Ki koi bhi ladki mere set pe, neckline should be here (for every girl on my set, the neckline should be here), all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls’. So my mom saw me (going to set) in proper shirt, jogger and covered and all. She was like, ‘Where are you going? How are you dressed so well?’ I said I am going to Salman Sir’s set. She was like ‘Wow very good’.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan isn’t the first time that Palak has worked with Salman; she said that she previously assisted on the film Antim: The Final Truth, starring Salman and his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma where she got to know about this rule.

When the interviewer asked why he has such rules for women, Palak supported Salman and said,
He’s a traditionalist… Of course, he’s like ‘Jo pehenna hai pehno (wear what you like)’, but he’s always like ‘My girls should always be protected’. If there are men around, whom he doesn’t personally know, it’s not his personal space where he doesn’t trust everyone, he’s like, ‘the girl should be safe, always’.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, helmed by Farhad Samji, also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Vijender Singh, and others. The film will be released in theatres on 21 April.
