Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry plans on taking the Pak-Saudi friendship to the next level. Earlier today in a press conference in Riyadh, Fawad Chaudhry publicized that the two countries are in talks to increase the cultural trade between them.

He further notified that Pakistan is hoping to part take in Saudi Arabia’s cultural revival. He also mentioned that newly established performing arts academies in Pakistan should share their knowledge and expertise with the Saudis in this regard.

Pakistani Dramas to Be Dubbed in Arabic

He also called on stakeholders to take up the responsibility of dubbing local TV dramas in Arabic, so that they can be exported to Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.

“Saudi Airlines is being approached for the inclusion of Pakistani dramas as part of the in-flight entertainment,” he added.

He also unveiled that Pakistan plans on arranging a grand festival for expats in Saudi Arabia next month, which our celebrities would be attending.

“The Pakistani community will have a lot to see and enjoy”, he said.
