Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is now facing a fourth sexual assault lawsuit, with the latest accusation claiming he participated in the gang-rape of a 17-year-old girl back in 2003.
The plaintiff, or Jane Doe, alleges that she was flown from Michigan to Diddy’s recording studio in New York on a private jet, where she was sexually assaulted by three individuals, including Diddy and Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment.
According to the lawsuit, the victim was allegedly given “copious amounts” of drugs and alcohol by Diddy and his associates. The disturbing details claim that Diddy raped her over a bathroom sink while she was in and out of consciousness, and then watched as a third man also assaulted her.
The decision to come forward was reportedly influenced by recent allegations against Combs and Pierre. The plaintiff gained courage after reading about a lawsuit filed by Casandra Ventura (Cassie), accusing Diddy of rape and abuse over a decade. Another lawsuit accused Pierre of grooming and sexually assaulting his former assistant.
Diddy has vehemently denied all allegations, settling a lawsuit with Cassie while maintaining his innocence. In response to the new claims, Diddy released a statement declaring, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” expressing frustration over what he perceives as an attempt to tarnish his character and legacy.
“I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth,” Diddy stated.
In the wake of the first three allegations, Diddy stepped aside as chairman of Revolt, the music-themed TV network he founded in 2013.
The latest lawsuit has been filed under the New York City statute against gender-motivated violence, recently extended to allow suits that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations. The plaintiff, represented by Douglas Wigdor, claims that the defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme, leaving her emotionally scarred for life.
The complaint, filed in federal court in New York, includes photographs of the plaintiff in Diddy’s studio and sitting in his lap, aiming to provide evidence of the alleged assault. The lawsuit alleges that as a result of the assault, the victim has suffered significant emotional distress and feelings of shame for the past 20 years.
