Lollywood sensation, Shaan Shahid was seen openly criticizing the national team’s top order batter, Fakhar Zaman on social media. However, Shaan’s tweets were countered with witty responses by the general public, defending the Pakistani cricketer.
During the match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup, actor, Shaan was extremely displeased with Fakhar’s performance. He took it to his Twitter, where he denunciated Fakhar’s batting and fielding, in 3 separate tweets!
Fakhr this is not the fielding we expect from a pro.. the ball always finds the weakest fielders

However, Fakhar’s supporters decided to fight “fire with fire”, and came to defend the national star. Shaan tweeted Fakhar’s batting statistics from the match, expressing disbelief as to how he was part of the national squad.

A fan trolled Shaan by replying to his tweet, pointing out how only a handful of Shaan’s films were hits! He further stated, rather cheekily that, Fakhar was not seen criticizing Shaan, suggesting that Shaan should mind his own business.

Shaan Shahid is one of the biggest names in Pakistani cinema, who has acted in both Urdu and Punjabi films. Shaan recently postponed the release of his upcoming film, Zarrar, due to the flood crisis in Pakistan.
Fakhar Zaman, on the contrary, is one of Pakistan’s best fielders and batter in the current era! However, Fakhar’s performance was not quite up to the mark against India, both with the bat and on the field.
