Shaan to Play the Role of ISI Officer in His Film ‘Zarrar’

Shaan took to his Twitter account to reveal when this film will be released.

Shaan Shahid, without a doubt, is one of the most famous leading actors in Pakistan. Last year, the 49-year-old released the trailer for his upcoming film Zarrar. Previously set to be released in 2020, the movie was postponed due to the pandemic. Now, the writer/director has announced his plans to release the movie.

Taking to his Twitter account, Shaan thanked the PM, Imran Khan, for announcing the reopening of cinemas in Pakistan. He also shared the trailer for Zarrar and wrote:

 

The biggest news for our Pakistani film industry.. Thankyou @ImranKhanPTI the cinemas are opening again in March .. we were ready to release it in 2020 but due to COVID we postponed .InshaALLAH 2021 #zarrarthemovie

Shaan to play the role of an ISI officer

We’ve seen the Pakistani actor outshine others in movies like Waar, Yalghaar, and Arth – The Destination. His last movie was released in 2017 and now, he’s starring in another movie this year.

Shaan is not only directing the movie Zarrar but he is also the writer for it. In addition to this, it has also been revealed that he will be playing the role of an ISI officer. Take a look at the trailer here:

 

 

The popular actor has won around 7 awards throughout his career- his latest being the Honorary ARY Film Award for Special Contribution to Pakistani Cinema’. He has also won several awards for Best Actor in the Pakistani film industry.

Shaan has wowed fans many times with his acting on the big screen. Now, fans can’t wait for the movie Zarrar to be released. Will this be an Eid special? We are yet to find out.
