Lately many Pakistani celebrities have been showing off their skills in the kitchen as well. Actress Shagufta Eijaz is also here with some amazing food. She is enjoying making delicious meals for her family.
So here’s what she cooked up in the kitchen. Starting the quarantine right with some fresh rotis.
Bhindi gosht is everyone’s favorite. Shagufta Eijaz shared her recipe of bhindi gosht, but with a twist. It’s actually cooked in a shorba (soupy consistency). That’s something different than the conventional recipe that is more in a saalan or dry form.

To take care of this, Shagufta Eijaz made biryani and gajar ka halwa (carrot pudding) on her children’s ‘farmaish’ (demand). Although gajar ka halwa is considered as a winter delight but there are no rules when it comes to desserts, right? Plus it’s biryani we are talking about. Biryani feels lonely without dessert.
