Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and Ansha Afridi, the daughter of legendary cricketer Shahid Afridi, have announced their much-awaited walima ceremony, set to take place on the 21st of September, immediately following the conclusion of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.

The wedding reception, a grand affair, is scheduled to be held at the prestigious Serena Hotel in Islamabad, encompassing the opulent Sheesh Mahal Hall and the regal Kehkashan Hall. The festivities are planned from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, promising a night of joy and celebration.
Afridi and his family have requested guest not bring cameras or take photographs, as they wish the public respect the family’s privacy during the ceremony.
Shaheen and Ansha Afridi embarked on their journey as a married couple earlier this year, sealing their union with a glamorous nikkah ceremony on the 3rd of February.
