The former cricket captain Shahid Afridi is known for his humble personality and hospitality. The captain was recently spotted making dua at the time of Iftar, with his son-in-law – Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Shahid took it to his gram and shared a picture. In the picture, Lala is seen making dua, sitting next to Shaheen and his youngest daughter.
“As Iftar approaches we should utilize this time to make sincere dua, since it’s a time of acceptance. With a clean heart and the sincerest of duas I pray for peace and prosperity of my beloved Pakistan and all of its people, Ameen”. he captioned.
Last year, Shahid Afridi confirmed that his daughter will get married to Shaheen, but the date of their marriage is yet to be announced.
Shaheen Afridi has had an exceptional year in 2021. He garnered huge praise in international cricket and won the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Sir Garfield Sobers trophy for the Cricketer of the Year 2021.
Apart from that, during the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Shaheen led his side Lahore Qalandars to their maiden PSL trophy. There is no denying the fact that Shaheen Afridi’s potential is infinite.
