Shamoon Abbasi Travels To Thailand During Coronavirus Pandemic [Video]

Hope he took precautions while traveling.

Ishrat: Made In China with shamoon abbasi

Shamoon Abbasi is an actor, director and screenwriter who is known for playing mostly evil roles in Pakistani movies. The 46-year-old actor has received a lot of love and support for Daag Hai Mere Naam Pe, a movie that was awarded a bronze award at Hum TV Telefilm Festival Awards in 2011.

He wrote and directed Durj in 2019, which was based on the true story of cannibalism in Pakistan. However, the movie was banned by the Federal Censor Board. The trailer shows Shamoon’s undeniable talents and hardworking nature.

Recently Shamoon traveled to Thailand for another one of his movies Ishrat: Made In China’s shoot. The destinations for this movie include Pakistan, Thailand, and China but due to the recent COVID19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, everyone assumed the team would change plans.

But as it turns out this movie will be shot as per schedule. Shamoon took to Facebook to share his views on the ongoing stress surrounding the novel virus. The Italian-born artist says:

Hello friends! I just reached Bangkok, and got out of the airport. I just took off my mask.

People here are wearing masks, but only inside the airport because it’s a crowded place.

I don’t feel the urgency or emergency here that’s spread all around the globe.

He concluded by saying he will keep everyone updated and asked everyone to pray for his success.

Shamoon traveled to Thailand for work, and we hope he and his team stays safe throughout their journey.
