Wedding goals or a big no?

An Indian couple goes viral on social media as video clip of shows the bride and groom exchanging a snake garland, at their wedding, with each other instead of the usual flower garland. Sounds like a Slytherin House wedding!

What is it about wedding that brings out the “weird” in people. Everyone wants their wedding to be memorable but this Indian bride and groom took it to the next level! Recently, an old Indian wedding video resurfaced on social media. The clip is going viral all over the internet due to its weirdness.

It is a common marriage custom in India that the bride and groom put flower garlands on each other as a sign of love. However, the couple, Siddharth Sonavane and his dulhan Shrusti Ausarmal, wanted something a little more “slithery.”

Siddharth and Shrusti’s old wedding video took social media by storm as the couple shocked the internet with a snake garland ceremony! That’s right, the newlyweds exchanged a python between each other, placing the big snake on each other’s shoulders. Check it out!

The wedding took place in a remote village in the Beed district of Maharashtra, India. Both the bride and groom look unfazed passing around the deadly python with their family and friends taking pictures. That is because the two were employees at their local wildlife department.
