Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot in Vegas. Not the regal wedding we were expecting, under the off chance that Sansa Stark (Sophie herself) might inherit the Iron Throne.
The venue they chose, Vegas Chapel, is not even the most absurd part here. The wedding cost a total of 600 US dollars and they exchanged candy rings! Maybe they just wanted to be reminded of that first proposal back in school.
To add to that, an Elvis impersonator presided over  the ceremony. The post-vows snaps were clicked with a 50s theme pink Cadillac (looks legally blond, right down to the spontaneity of the whole ordeal).
We’re wondering if all this was even planned. Before the nuptials at the Little White Wedding Chapel, Joe was performing with the other two Jonas Brothers at the Billboard Music Awards show where Sophie happened to be one of the presenters.

The duo let the cat out the bag on their engagement in October 2017 that too via Instagram. Since then people had been dying to see a stark white wedding (not red this time).
While Earlier Nick and Priyanka’s royal wedding had been all about family (desi families are big Okay! the more the merrier!) Sophie and Joe’s wedding guest list literally just had friends and family, including the Jonas brothers, and fellow BBMA attendees.
Sister-in-law Priyanka Chopra served as maid of honor for the Game Of Thrones starlet.

American DJ Diplo was the one that spilled the beans regarding the wedding. He filmed the event and shared it on Instagram stories (we love him more for this than we love him for coming to Pakistan).

In one clip, Sophie almost went Sansa saying her wedding vows;
‘I thee wed…. and I love you… and I thank God He gave me you.’
Then Elvis directed the couple to repeat to each other in unison:
‘I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you all the days of my life.’
The funny thing is that people started suspecting the two were dating when the couple was spotted cuddling up at the MTV EMAs. They ended up getting married at a Vegas chapel after the BBMAs.
