The allegations stem from a complaint filed by Kirat Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai who claims that he paid approximately Indian rupees 86 lakhs for a flat in the Tulsiani Golf View project in the Sushant Golf City area of Lucknow, but has not been handed over possession.

He alleges that Gauri Khan’s promotion of the project influenced his decision to purchase the flat. Gauri Khan, who is known for her expertise in interior design, has designed the homes of several Bollywood celebrities, including Sidharth Malhotra, Farah Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez.

It remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will unfold and what impact they will have on Gauri Khan’s reputation as a celebrity interior designer.

The FIR against Gauri Khan comes at a time when her husband Shah Rukh Khan has been enjoying the success of his recent blockbuster Pathaan. Gauri Khan will have to navigate this legal hurdle and clear her name in court.
