This Man Finally Stopped Having Children After 102 Kids Due to Inflation

His wives now started using contraceptives.

A 67-year-old man, Musa Hasahya, from Lusaka in Uganda, who has 102 children and 568 grandchildren from 12 wives, decided to stop having children so that he could support them with his limited source of income.

Musa Hasahya, who is a farmer, explained to the media,

My income has become lower and lower over the years due to the rising cost of living and my family has become bigger and bigger. I cannot tolerate bearing children anymore because of the limited resources so I ordered my childbearing wives to use contraceptives.

Talking about his marriages, he said,

I married one woman after another. How can a man be satisfied with one woman? All my wives live together in the same house. It’s easy for me to monitor them and also stop them from eloping with other men in this village.

The Ugandan polygamist told the media that he can no longer work because of ill health, and two of his wives have left because of financial pressures. And he no longer wishes to expand his family of over 700 people due to his financial issues.

After decades of enlarging his clan, his fortunes turned for the worst, and he is now unable to look after his large family. The Ugandan man appealed to the government for assistance as he was struggling to fund the education of all of his children.
