Pakistan’s latest TikTok sensation isn’t glamorous or out of touch, she’s just a regular gal. Village girl ‘Amna‘ has everyone’s attention just living the simple life. She posts TikTok videos performing daily chores.
“Photo lene ke liye ache kapde toh nhi,
Lekin khuda ki di hui Muskurahat jrur hai❤”
Not only is this Pakistani girl gaining fame at home, but she’s also garnering a fandom across the border in India.
This little lady is the definition of ‘Mrs. Khan’s ideal bahu’. She does the cooking, cleaning and makes the perfect ‘gol roti‘.
Not So Glamorous TikTok
Previously a Baloch laborer that has over three million followers on TikTok called out brands for only offering endorsements to ‘elitist TikTokers ‘. Despite such a huge following on the video-sharing app, Naseer Baloch wasn’t considered a social media influencer.
As life moved to the digital realm and we all spend more and more time online, traditional advertising is the thing of the past. Social media influencers are people that are offered money and endorsements for promoting products online.
These individuals are selected based on their following online. Kind of like hiring actors and celebs as brand ambassadors.
Yet creators like Amna and Naseer Baloch are sidelined despite their massive following comprised of the general public. These are people most Pakistanis relate more to. After all, 60% of the population lives in rural areas.
Whether she gets sponsors or not show this little lady Amna some love and check out more of her TikToks.
