In a rather embarrassing and hilarious turn of events, a PIA Balloon is ‘under arrest’ in Indian-occupied Kashmir. As reported by an Indian news agency, ANI a balloon bearing PIA’s name was recovered from the other side of the border. The Indian army immediately reacted to this ‘major invasion’ and confiscated the balloon. Once again there was no logical explanation for this act.

There are reports that the balloon also had 6 pigeons on board and they have been arrested for further questioning. One of these pigeons was heard saying "I'm not supposed to tell you that" when asked whether it was a 'he' or a 'she'.

Tension and occasional verbal skirmishes on both sides of the border have compelled the forces to be on high alert. Therefore, anything and everything is observed to be suspicious. Some time back, the Indian army had arrested a pigeon. They claimed it was a spy. Such acts really make us question the mindset of Indian forces. While we can’t change the bitter reality, we just hope that better sense prevails and relations between both countries improve. Till then enjoy the tea!
