2020 is about to end soon and we are already excited for next year’s big releases. Along with the postponed projects, many new dramas and films are in the line. And with that in progress, we are excited to see some fresh new pairings like Urwa Hocane and Imran Abbas in Amanat.
According to the reports, the two actors will share the screen for the first time ever in Sana Shahnawaz and Samina Humayun Saeed’s production.
The drama is titled Amanat and it is said to be a ‘romantic family drama’. In an interview with Galaxy Lollywood, producer Sana Shahnawaz shared some details about the plot.
“It is a very beautiful and interesting story with its own twists and turns. It is not just a love story as it has many other significant elements to it as well. It is not an unusual story but it is definitely something hatke.“
Amanat is written by Rukhsana Nigar and directed by Shahid Shafaat. Along with Urwa Hocane and Imran Abbas, the star-studded cast of the drama includes names like Saboor Aly, Gohar Rasheed, Asad Siddiqui, Haroon Shahid, Saba Hameed, Babar Ali, and many others.
This will be the first time the lead actors will spin romance on television. Their fans are looking forward to see their on-screen chemistry and Sana Shahnawaz also hopes that they will receive positive feedback from the public.
“We are hoping that the Imran Abbas-Urwa Hocane pairing will give the audience something new to enjoy,” she said.
