We all are aware that a new web series is in making based on the life of the Mother of Nation- Fatima Jinnah. Three super talented actresses of the industry have been appointed to play the role of Jinnah from different eras. But however, the casting has got the internet divided. People are not happy about the three actresses that are selected to play the role of such a legendary personality.
Time and again we have seen a lot of actresses play the character of Fatima Jinnah but none quite intrigued us. Recently, the series is in the pre-production phase but the casting has been finalized as the first look of the characters have been unveiled.
Sundas Farhan will be playing the young Fatima Jinnah and her character has been revealed but fans are super disappointed!
After the first poster revealed, a lot of mixed reactions poured in. People are relating her look to Mansha Pasha rather than Jinnah. Some of them think that the role would have been played well by Syra Yousuf instead. Have a look!
The web series, titled Fatima Jinnah will be depicted Madar-e-Millat in three eras: Jinnah in her 30s and during the pre-partition era. Jinnah in her 50s and during the Independence and Jinnah in her 70s during the post-partition era.
The characters in the series also include Quaid-e-Azam, Allama Iqbal, Liaquat Ali Khan, Ruttie Jinnah and Rana Liaquat Hussain among others.
