ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory Administration, Capital Development Authority, National Logistic Cell, and National Highway Authority have launched anti-encroachment operations on the Murree Road and in Bhara Kahu upon public complaints.
According to the details shared on the Deputy Commissioner’s official Twitter Handle, several illegal structures have been demolished and encroachments have been cleared from the Simly Dam Road.
The DC Islamabad also shared that the authorities have also sealed a petrol pump after receiving several complaints from the public regarding faulty readings and fraud.
Earlier, the Capital Development Authority launched anti-encroachment operations in several sectors of the city on the direction of Chairman CDA Usman Younis.

Good efforts. CDA authority is requested for further strict action in various markaz sectors specially car showrooms and cafes are occupied parking areas. need clear all of them for smooth running of traffic.

Please like us having a commercial property on road and suffering alot from the mis conduct of this operations as both NLC and CDA /NHA are not able to hold their acquired lands and now they are disturbing the real owners with their operations which is against the fundamental rights of the actual owners having properties since occurance of state.
Good job. It needs removal of encroachments from metro station to DWatson and footpath be made so that citizens particularly women n students using metro bus could walk easily in nearby areas. Encroachers have illagally occupied the road leaving no space to pedistarians.

There is a dire need to cleanup GT Road passing through rawat. Hundreds of hotels, road side vendors illegal suzuki stands on both sides, a concrete batching plant with big payloads have destroyed GT Road curbside. It is extremely difficult to pass rawat in peak hours. Islamabad administration has to do something NOW.
I requested to authorities. Look forward to F/11-1 Ali market there are people who unauthorized made green belt in hotel and plot into different activities…
