CDA Approves Multiple Projects in Design Works Planning Meeting

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently held a Design Works Planning meeting under the chairmanship of Chairman CDA Noor ul Amin Mengal.

The meeting was attended by officers from the Planning Commission, CDA Board Members, and representatives from various concerned formations.

During the meeting, the PC-I (Project Concept-1) of Sector C-13 was presented and approved.

As per the details, this sector, located in the picturesque city of Islamabad, will feature high-rise building apartments.

The planning of Sector C-13 has been carefully done to ensure its beauty and aesthetic appeal, while the estimated cost for the PC-I of Sector C-13 is Rs. 1078 million.

Furthermore, the PC-1 for Sector D-13, with an estimated cost of Rs. 10249 million, was also approved, which consists of 5468 plots.

Additionally, the PC-I for Sector E-13, comprising 4034 plots, was also given the green light.

In addition, the meeting saw the approval of the PC-I for Sector F-13, which consists of 5342 plots, with an estimated cost of Rs. 12676 million.

Another project that received approval was the infrastructure and development of Orchard Height Park, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1070 million.

During the meeting, participants were briefed on the road alignment for the Extension of Margalla Avenue N-5 to the M-1 project, passing through Sectors C-13, C-14, C-15, C-16, and D-12.

The road alignment was approved, and the project is estimated to cost Rs. 2930 million.

Other projects that received approval include the construction of Eleventh Avenue from F-10/F-11 to Col. Sher Khan, the multi-purpose citizens club in F-10, and the National Bus Terminal.

Moreover, the citizens club will feature a building with 110 guest rooms, allocated parking space, and an estimated cost of Rs. 2298 million.

The National Bus Terminal project, with a cost of Rs. 4252 million, aims to provide improved transportation facilities.
