ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) continued its anti-encroachment drive and demolished several illegal structures from public land across the city.
The operation was launched under the guidance of the CDA Chairman Noor-ul-Amin Mengal and was aimed at removing the city of encroachments.

During the operation, establishments in areas such as Sabzi Mandi, G-11, Abpara Market G-7, Javed Market, IJP Road, G-6, G-5, and Bhara Kahu were demolished.
In another operation, four rooms and one roof were also taken down in Sector G-10.
Earlier this month, the authority took strict actions against the land mafia in several areas of Islamabad.
They carried out anti-encroachment operations in sectors G-9 and I-9.
It was also shared by the authority that the overall goal of the operations was to uphold the designated plot lines and protect the environment from illegal waste disposal.
Good initiative rather it is CDA a duty to control such thing. May I request CDA to also try to do some thing of black sheep’s in the department.
Im Bani Gala, Lakhwal Dohake, illegal construction is in its full swing while people have already taken money for their land but have not vacated the possession.
CDA took action 2 or 3 years ago but now even many houses are being built during night, in the late evenings and also on week ends.
Where is the enforcement department of CDA and what are they doing. Once construction will be completed it will be difficult to take possession.
I think one honest person in each area is. To be deployed to report to the Chair or Enforcement department to take action right at the beginning.

A private college/school being run by the Air force located in our locality has not been touched even though it was obstructing the construction of a road. Instead the direction of the road has been changed. Some other constructions in the civilian domain have been demolished.
Is there a separate Law for each human and entity in this country?

One Side of the Road is blocked by illegal construction of ganthol construction of life Residency G-13. Road one side is blocked since long and they also blocked double road and made diversion
What about government quarters in sector f 6/1 f 6/4 g 6 g 7 cda shd take action against them as well they need encroachment

CDA bohat Acha action lay rahi haa. Mujha umeed haa Kay IJP Road per NUTECH Kay samna kacha stop per bhe action lay ghee. CDA ke jagha per spair parts Kay kabario nay garion Ka qabarastan bna dia gia haa.
Mujha umeed ha Kay CDA in Kay khalaf sahat action lay ghee. Aghar Cantt. board ko bhe shamal Kar lia jay to ziada bahtar operation ho Sakta haa.

It’s good if rule of law is implemented. It should be done across the board in all sectors and areas. The G-9 markaz is in bad shape and all the footpaths need to be cleared. Similarly tarnol area is in read bad shape. G-15 markaz needs to be cleaned.
Still there is lot of encroachment along with samly dam road and Barakhou main bazar. Unauthorised house construction is going on both sides of the nala passing through Barakhou. The Chairman may visit the area and see from his own eyes.
