Real estate circles and the internet are currently stormed with rumors of Zedem International Pvt. Ltd. – the developers behind Faisal Town and many other successful projects – preparing to launch new projects.
The rumors suggest that there’s not one but two new projects by Zedem Int. coming up: One near Thalian Interchange and the other one near Chakri Interchange.
One of the projects is most likely to be named Faisal Meadows. If these rumors are to be believed, the project is slated for an official launch on Sep 30, 2022.
When reached out by ProProperty, Fahad Qureshi, General Manager Sales at Zedem International verified that there may be two new projects coming up at the said locations, but neither the launch date nor the project names could be disclosed just yet.
According to him, these projects could see official launches in about 2 to 3 weeks.
Zedem International and its CEO Chaudhary Abdul Majeed are trusted names in the market and are known for their quality of work and deliverability.
