Captain (retired) Noorul Amin also stressed the importance of post-plantation monitoring through digital means to ensure the survival of the maximum number of plants.

The meeting also resulted in the decision to establish four more nurseries in Islamabad and to enhance recreational activities, sports, and park maintenance.

  1. Would be very good . Bushes need to be spread as well to maintain moisture and avoid early summer . Motorbikes often seen taking thick branches along kashmir highway worries sometimes.

  2. Well done CDA….please consider remote sector 1/14 For plantations…kibdly our this sector as a model in rawalpindi area…

  3. Keeping our financial position in mind, it would be good to also plant fruit trees and vegetable patches all over like Sri Lanka did. People can pluck them from wayside etc to relief starvation.
