In response to concerns raised by a Twitter user about the long-standing issue of plot possession for 6,400 families, Mengal assured that a meeting would be held on Monday to strategize a solution. He expressed optimism that the issue would soon be overcome.

Another user, MaizaHameedMNA, requested the installation of cameras in every corner of the park, proper lighting in the parking areas, foolproof security, and a play area for kids. Mengal responded affirmatively, ensuring that these considerations would be taken into account.

This announcement is part of a broader initiative to rehabilitate and develop parks, aiming to transform the city into a greener, more inclusive, and sustainable environment.

  2. It seems that l-14 sector is not territory of CDA,which is being neglected for more than 15 years. Residents are living without water supply,Gas,other basic utilities. Kids are playing on roads, unfortunately play ground is not available nearby.CDA chairman is requested to spare some time to visit this sector to varify it.

    1. Brother territory of Islamabad is only till 11 avenue. From 11th till 17th not the part the Islamabad. U can read the list mentioned nothing from 11th till 17th, because no elite in this area…. 7th avenue which is actually 1st avenue from motorways plus airport side, no progress which help a large chunk of land and create billion of revenue, no progress on it. 17th avenue the longest and most important but no elite so one care

    2. Agreed sir…and further request that plantations and trees should be on main double road for better looks of 1/14 sector
I always request that CDA should develope 1/14 as a MODEL sector beacuse this is situated in Rawaloindi so it should be diffrent from PINDI CANTT
      BK malim 1/14

    3. I-14 facing step motherly treatment by the city managers as it is middle class sector. No VIP residents, no attention from CDA, that seems to be the rule

  4. The affectees of islamabad should be given their rights and the policy of 1996 should be abolished.parks should be made in Rural areas of islamabad like Golra sharif.Maira beri.Maira jaffar.Maira Akku.Golra station.tarnol.johd etc

  5. Parks in Margalla Town also require consideration to be improved & upgraded along with street restoration. The main street which is the only access to MT-1 from P&V double access road remains clogged due to heavy encroachments on its both sides wherein each & every house has installed iron grills to the dismay of public. The access requires immediate attention to be cleared of all this & widening, pavement, thanks

  6. This is really a good and environment friendly.
I want to highlight another much neede issue: that is construction of a general hospital in the western area of Islamabad.

  7. It is suggested that special emphasis be given to the cleanliness of Parks. Parks in front of I-8/2 are not cleaned regularly even flower beds are used to dump the waste. If possible, guards be detailed in the parks to check proper disposal of waste by persons visiting the parks.

  8. All efforts to be appreciated but I have noticed that planted trees dried of lack of water. So kindly arrange water supply first to the green area, not manually by auto machines.

    1. Please also make some parks in Bharakahu. There is not a single park or play ground for Bharakahu residents. Not a walking track for women and men. Please look into the matter on priority.
