DHA City Karachi Allocates Plots to Military Personnel and Martyrs in Lucky Draw

KARACHI: The DHA City Karachi has announced the allocation of 12,343 plots of 125-sq yards to military personnel and martyrs who displayed bravery in the line of duty.

According to the details, 70% of these plots will go to families of martyrs who lost their lives protecting the independence of Pakistan, while the remaining 30% will be given to soldiers who were injured or showed bravery in war operations.

The plots will be awarded through a lucky draw, and the selected individuals will also receive membership according to the old procedure, and the condition of buyer and seller has been temporarily abolished.

The DHA Administrator, Brigadier Rai Asim Mustafa, announced the project DCK Heights where 17 plots of 800 yards have been allocated, and 7 building contracts were awarded through a lucky draw in the first phase.

The project offers high-quality, low-cost housing and is overseen by the DHA Administrator himself.

The President of Defence and Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (DEFCLAREA), Zubair Baig, stated that DHA City Karachi was the most trusted and best residential project in the country, with all the necessary infrastructure, roads, and communication systems in place.
