The system resulted in the inclusion of online billing, complaints, geo-tagging, and e-office into the board, which were crucial for boosting the department’s income.

Recently, a nationwide operation has been started by the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) to recover its valuable assets from land grabbers and others who have not paid the dues.

Besides, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), police, revenue, and other relevant departments joined the operation after the Supreme Court of Pakistan issued an order in response to a forensic audit, identifying several properties being used by rent defaulters or under illegal occupation.
