Faisalabad Development Authority Launches 1237 Helpline for Citizen Information

FAISALABAD: To improve the quality of services provided to the citizens, the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has launched a new helpline, 1237, which allows people to get information through phone calls.

The helpline was inaugurated by the FDA Director General, Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, along with several other officials from the authority.

The helpline is part of a larger effort to improve the quality of FDA services and curb the agent mafia, according to Chaudhry.

The details suggest that the helpline will provide citizens with authentic and accurate information related to the Town Planning and Estate Management departments.

Moreover, it will also aid citizens in obtaining information regarding NOCs, town planning reports, ownership certificates, completion certificates, residential and commercial building plan approvals, the legal status of housing schemes, and their approval process.

The DG claimed that the helpline would facilitate the public seeking transfer of properties, katchi abadis matters, and other services provided by the FDA.
