ISLAMABAD: Government employees and other designated groups are only given 1 plot during their employment with the Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA), which has been made clear by the authority.
According to a formal document issued by FGEHA, “The allocation is done as per the authorized policy of authority by the executive committee/board from time to time as per their entitlement according to their scales from BS-01 to BS-22.”
However, it claimed that in 2006, on the advice of the Establishment Division, the government had granted an extra plot to the federal secretaries (BS-22) officials by authorized policy/criteria known as the Prime Minister’s Assistance Package Scheme.
As per the document, this policy was declared illegal by the Islamabad High Court in 2021 and as a result, the Secretaries of Establishment Division, Housing and Works, and Law & Justice were instructed to bring the issue of Federal Secretaries’ entitlement to a second plot before the Federal Cabinet for consideration and new approval.
Furthermore, the federal cabinet was presented with the issue and gave its approval for the suspension of the second allotment under the Prime Minister’s Assistance Package Scheme.
The document also stated that the matter is still pending in the IHC/SCP, while the Jurists Foundation also filed an Intra Court Appeal (ICA) in the Islamabad High Court against the ruling made by the IHC in writ petition No. 3277/2020.
The petition prayed to clarify a mechanism by which the illegal benefits could be recovered for the public exchequer.
Additionally, it stated that the Islamabad High Court had halted the voting for the distribution of plot numbers to potential allottees of sector F-14/15 (including the PM Assistance Package for Federal Secretaries) and that the FGEHA’s petition was now pending in the Supreme Court.

The authority has fraudulently distributed plots of sectors 14/15 to various non entitled persons by passing the constitution of the authority which is meant for federal govt employees only. Besides the original formula of age based allotment has also been violated without any justification. By creating number of statuses of the employees like autonomous constitutional pm package or others, the right of retired employees has been usurped. The correct and just way is to allot plots to those employees who have never been given earlier only on age based seniority according to their pay scale/ category. Serving employee should be taken care of after exhausting the list of retired ones.
FGEHA should focus on Bharakhu Housing Scheme, Green Enclave-II. Mutation of the remaining land is still pending. On the other hand employees are waiting since 2009.
What FGEHA is doing for the allotment of other federal government employees in different areas? Please do the needful urgently because the people are waiting since long but it is not materializing both in Drive I and Drive 2 allotments.
The issue of F-14/15 is in limbo for the last eight years. Some of the allottees might have passed away during this period and some more may pass away during the present and future years of never ending saga of litigation, with millions of rupees stuck up. Will some one come to the rescue of the poor allottees?

I got membership in 2018 was in service now retired for 4 yrs but authority only working for senior officers only ie grade 19 and above so we will get plot for grave not in life at present so lot of work to do .
I applied in 2016 when in service. Still no reply. Let me know if you please get a reply.

I agree with only one Plot Policy, but would suggest to provide any justification for Barakahu scheme where the principal amount has been collected from allottees but no further letters were issued to those who deposited initial charges.
Let’s see the courts have the courage to declare allotment of multiple polls to military officers of similar or even lower grades. For example a grade 22 soldier gets numerous plots, both residential as well as commercial in the DHAs which s/he sells for big profits the same day. When will there be ONE PAKISTAN?

I paid Rs.5 lacs & my seniority No is 79. I checked from FGEHA & my seniority was changed to 85. How can be changed? More over, I observed that most of the staff is working as Property Dealers instead of helping the applicants.
The FGEHF has been established for FG permanent employees with policy to facilitate one plot to FG employee. I spent life time as FG and got retired in 14.8.13DSA M/o S&T, deposited 6 lac 2009 ( 13 y back). No letter of allotment issued till to date. Seeking justice only from Allah, who will ask FGEHF?

I retired from Allama Iqbal Open University in bps-20 0n 31-12-2002 (dob 01-01-1943. I have now crossed the
age of 80 and I am still without plot. I got membership in 2014. I don’t know how to convince the authorities about my problem. Can somebody guide me?
