ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken statements from several officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in relation to allegations of irregularities and illegalities during the allocation of additional storeys to a commercial building in G-9.
According to the details, several current and former officers were asked to give their statements by the FIA after receiving a notice.
Previously, the FIA Corporate Crime Circle Inspector in Islamabad issued a notice stating that an investigation is being conducted into Case FIR 04-2021, registered with the FIA in Islamabad, against officers and officials of the CDA.
The investigation is based on allegations of irregularities and illegalities committed during the allotment of additional storeys to Plot No 14-A in G-9 Markaz Islamabad.
The inspector requested that the officers appear before him and provide their statements based on the available record and information.
