PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has recently announced several reforms in the Revenue Department aimed at enhancing service delivery and making the process more convenient for people.

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister, Pir Haroon Shah, stated on Tuesday that people’s affairs related to the revenue and patwari department will be simplified.

He also stated that a ban has been imposed on all kinds of transfers and postings, including the patwaris. However, transfers due to unavoidable circumstances will be allowed with prior permission.
