KARACHI: Dr. Syed Saif-ur-Rehman, Administrator of Karachi, has ordered immediate repairs to the road from Ayesha Manzil to Water Pump to provide convenience to citizens using Sharah-e-Pakistan.
In addition to filling potholes in Sharah-e-Pakistan, repairs will be made to other roads in the area.
The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) is carrying out road improvement and repair work using its resources, including dumpers and loaders with manpower, to ensure minimal disruption to traffic flow.
According to Dr. Syed Saif-ur-Rehman, every possible effort is being made to complete the road construction work as soon as possible without affecting traffic on the highway.
The Administrator Karachi has directed the Chief Engineer of District Central and Superintendent Engineer to speed up the work of patchwork and repair the road on the Sharah-e-Pakistan by utilizing all available resources.
Provision of municipal facilities is the priority, said Dr. Syed Saif-ur-Rehman, adding that all possible measures are being taken to ensure their provision.
