KARACHI: The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has decided to develop a 25-story residential complex under the low-cost housing initiative in Surjani Town.
The project is named People’s Sky View, offering three- and four-bedroom apartments and “world-class amenities”.
As per the details, the project will consist of seven towers and will have 1,700 apartments in total.
According to the Director KDA Syed Muhammad Ali Shah, the project has been finalized. However, the final approval is yet to be issued by the KDA board.
He also added that the government was planning to develop more projects to provide sufficient housing to the citizens.
It is also important to mention that KDA has recently launched anti-encroachment operations across the city, recovering thousands of plots from the land mafia.
