LDA Initiates Crackdown on Illegal Constructions in Lahore: Over 17 Properties Sealed

LAHORE: In a significant move against unauthorized constructions and commercial activities, a grand operation was launched in areas including Wahdat Road, Allama Iqbal Town, and Sabzazar.

The operation was carried out under the directives of Commissioner and DG LDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa.

During the operation, more than 17 properties were sealed, highlighting the administration’s commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring urban planning regulations are adhered to.

It’s worth noting that several notices had been issued to the property owners prior to the operation, urging them to comply with the regulations.

The city administration has reiterated its stance on taking strict action against those flouting building norms and has urged residents to ensure their constructions are in line with the approved guidelines.
