MULTAN: The Multan Development Authority (MDA) has decided to file an FIR against the owner and developers of the Royal Orchard Housing Scheme for illegally selling files of plots on specific instructions from the Director General of the MDA, Qaiser Saleem.
The colony’s Overseas Block, according to MDA sources, was not listed with the Multan Development Authority.
Besides, owners and developers were defrauding the public by selling fake files claiming to be block plots, the sources claimed.
The owner, developers, and other parties involved in this illegal activity are the subject of an FIR that the DG MDA has ordered the enforcement department to file.
