MULTAN: The Multan Development Authority (MDA) inaugurated a commercialization one-window cell on Wednesday.
As per the details, Town Planning Director, Qaswer Abbas, and MDA Director General, Kaiser Salim, were present during the occasion.
Kaiser Saleem stated that the one-window cell was IT-driven to give facilities to the applicants for commercialization processing while ordering that all the applicants must be served tea and coffee as a welcoming gesture.
The sources informed that all online commercialization records will be securely saved on MDA’s server in addition to being kept in the cloud.
Additionally, NADRA Pakistan, which aids in applicant identification and online verification, is also connected to this program.
Kaiser said that the ability to verify ownership and property records will be made feasible by such cutting-edge technologies.
He stated that a challan will be given immediately following a review of the client’s presenting documentation while making it possible to deposit this challan at the private bank’s counter within the MDA building.
The DG also briefed that the moment the challan would be placed, a commercialization request will be received at the e-khidmat center in Multan and the officer is obligated to finish the procedure within a month.
