NAB Lahore Addresses Grievances of Fraud Victims in Open Court

LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) held a Khuli Katchehri (Open Court), where a significant number of individuals, who claimed to be victims of fraud committed by the real estate mafia and various housing societies, presented their grievances.

Under the directives of NAB’s Chairman, Lieutenant General (R) Nazeer Ahmed, the second monthly Khuli Katchehri aimed to provide a platform for affected individuals to voice their issues transparently and fairly.

During the session, victims from housing societies such as Amin Housing Society Lahore, Lahore Motorway City, Pak Memon Group, Abu Zar Housing Scheme, and Formanites Housing Society shared their complaints.

NAB Lahore, under the supervision of Director-General Amjad Mehmood Aulakh, assured the victims that a thorough investigation was underway to expedite the resolution process and deliver justice to those affected.

The Director-General emphasized NAB’s commitment to taking strong actions against corrupt elements within the city.

Furthermore, he also highlighted the significance of Khuli Katchehri in promptly and transparently addressing public grievances.

The Director-General reaffirmed the determination to utilize available resources effectively to redress victims’ losses and prosecute corrupt individuals.

To ensure the victims’ convenience, NAB also announced its commitment to continue holding monthly open sessions, providing complainants with an opportunity to seek immediate justice for their grievances.
