Pakistan and Turkey Join Hands to Increase Cooperation in Housing Sector

ISLAMABAD: The Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Paçaci and Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Works, Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, during a meeting on Monday, vowed that Pakistan and Turkey would expand their cooperation in low-cost housing.

As per the details, the secretary of housing welcomed the newly appointed ambassador and assured that agreements made between the two brotherly states would be put into immediate effect

Shallwani also offered the ambassador his assistance in all related matters and reaffirmed the cordial bilateral relations that exist between Pakistan and Turkey.

Besides, similar ideas were put forth by the ambassador for strengthening ties between the two brotherly nations in all areas of shared interest, particularly in the housing and manufacturing industries.

Additionally, Mehmet Paçaci was also invited to the upcoming first International Housing Expo-2022 by the federal secretary.

The envoy, in response, endorsed the event, expressed his country’s participation, and claimed that both of the nations would benefit from it.

Lieutenant General Anwar Ali Hyder, chairman of the Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority, was also present during the occasion.
