Kingdom Valley has announced that only those who have cleared 95% of the payment could be part of the first balloting.
The requisite payment is much higher than standard industry practice where most societies mandate only 50% of payments to make the investor eligible for the ballot.
In an Interview, CEO Kingdom Valley Islamabad, Ghulam Hussain Shahid, had said that the first-ever balloting ceremony would be held in the month of November.

The project has been criticized by a number of investors for its slow development. However, the CEO clarified it by saying that due to the monsoon rains and floods, the labor was sent home so they could take care of their personal property and assets and this caused the development work to halt.
He also added that Kingdom Valley was ‘one-of-its-kind’ and that the people of the twin cities would ‘never again get a project like this’.
He also promised that Kingdom Valley would be of international standards with world-class features and amenities.
