  1. Also think for foreigners. Make such a policy that foreigners find Pakistan as an attraction designation for investment. I came to know many overseas and foreigners brought properties in Pakistan, but their properties were further sold by builders and frog files were made against their properties. Courts ignore builders corruption, who made frog files but held overseas and foreigners as fault. They loose their money and their properties too. No one invest money in such a country where courts give favour to builders and land grabbers. If Pakistan works to gain the trust of overseas and foreigners we would definitely bring much revenue to stand back Pakistan to its feet. Federal and courts must make such a policy that overseas and foreigners properties will be saved.
