RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Director-General, Saif Anwar Jappa, has instructed the enforcement squad to accelerate its ongoing operation against illegal housing schemes.
The RDA has launched a significant operation against violators of rules, and as a result, action was taken against three illegal housing schemes, including Islamabad Marina City Mouza Garbal, Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Mouza Mohri Khatran and Garbal, and Seven Enclave Housing Society at Mauza Garbal Fateh Jang Road.
During the operation, the site offices of the illegal housing schemes were demolished.
The enforcement squad of RDA has been taking strict action against illegal housing schemes, and notices were also issued to the owners of these schemes.
In a previous operation, the booking offices, billboards, and main gates of Cighu Farmhouse Housing Scheme, mouza Chak Cighu, Royal Ghar Housing Scheme, mouza Pariyal, Chak Beli Khan Road, and New Iqra City/Iqra Residencia, mouza Chakri, Jorian Rawat Road were also demolished.
The RDA squad’s directorate has issued notices to the owners of five illegal private housing schemes, including Green Lake City at Dhoke Bhaia Rawat, Chak Beli Khan Road, Safanza New Era at Ralla Gujrain Chak Beli Khan Road, Royal Ghar (Apna Ghar) at Mouza Paryal Chak Beli Khan Road, New Iqra City at Mouza Dheri Jorian, Rawat, and Hoon Farmhouse at Mouza Adiala Road for violating the rules.
The RDA aims to take strict action against those who violate the rules to ensure the protection of citizens’ interests, the spokesman added.

RDA must take strict action against Khyber housing society, University Town Tarnol .
I had purchased 5 marla plot in june 2008 and finished all dues in four years required time.

It’s hard luck that after investing we come to know the society is illegal. Kindly control such type of society which are not approved should stop advertising.
