RAWALPINDI: The Director General Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has directed the authority to launch an operation against an illegal structure on public land in Saidpur Housing Scheme.
An RDA spokesperson shared that the State Management Directorate and Building Control Wing (SMD & BCW) took action against a person who erected structures on public land.
The DG said that no one would be allowed to occupy even an inch of the government land and advised the citizens to get prior approval of their houses’ maps from the concerned authorities to avoid any inconvenience.
The DG voiced his concerns about the unapproved construction and issued show-cause notices to building inspector Mukhtar Ahmed and other relevant officials.
