The SBCA has also suggested obtaining a forwarding letter (Letter of Redelivery) as it will ensure the transparency of the transaction.

According to a document submitted by the housing cooperative, the seller owns the disputed land.

The buyer should also visit the office of the master planning group to review the development plan; the last step is to get a building permit from the SBCA.

The SBCA’s IT Director, Asma Ghafoor, said that the organization had an electronic portal system that links all of Karachi’s land-owning organizations.

She further stated that the SBCA required the building design of any plot to be verified before it can be submitted for authorization to the Single Window Facility.
