ISLAMABAD: The real estate market in Pakistan is quite profitable, says Samama Randhawa, Pakistan’s youngest real estate developer and property magnate, who is building the country’s priciest and most high-end house in Islamabad.
As per the details, Samama disclosed that “One” is a Randhawa Developments sub-brand and that it includes the most luxurious properties in the country but currently, he was working on the most high-end villa in Pakistan.

Besides, Samama also explained that the project was given the title “One” since it is being built on Street 1 in F-6/3 which is considered a posh residential sector of Islamabad.
Samama stated that he planned to exceed the worth of land with a masterpiece lavish villa that would compete with every other residential structure in the country.
He went on to say that this luxury project has got a “thought-through” location, adding that the prevailing minimalist design approach would not be followed and this architecture would be one of its kind upon completion.
ProPakistani recently interviewed Samama Randhawa of Randhawa Developments to discuss Pakistan’s real estate sector in a podcast “How Does it Work?”
He also briefed the rise of Randhawa Developments, stating that, in 1954, his father first began working as a contractor with his 1st project of a mud hut.
It is surprising to note that his father was the one who first proposed the concept of low-cost apartments and as he relocated to Islamabad; his first masterpiece was the present-day Blue Area.
Among other things, Samama discussed the value of holding onto your property in Islamabad during the podcast that could be listened to on ProPakistani’s official YouTube channel.

There is a need for inexpensive and low cost quality house’s to accommodate millions of Pakistani lower middle class people in each province. Our championship cup of pro Pakistani should be given to a pro poor and quality housing projects, not to those who make people jealous and depress by show off of their wealth mindlessly.
