Help Line Call Rates Doubled on Zong and Ufone
We know that Mobilink and Telenor had increased helpline call’s rates (which are now Rs. 1.21 including tax per call), following them now Zong and Ufone have increased help line call rates too.
Now all calls made on helpline will be charged Rs. 1.21 per call (including taxes) on all networks, except Warid. We are sure warid will follow the trend in a day or two as well.
The bad thing is that none of these companies notified their customers in advance about this price increase, neither by print/electronic advertisements nor the SMS. It is interesting to note that cellular companies can easily afford to send KFC/McDonald’s promotion offers via SMS but not a notification about sudden increase in call rates.
I hope PTA holds authority to impose fine as well other than just the warning messages!

I am against this price rise.First of all you have to wait for hours and after that you get no solution to your problem.
I also want to request the owner of this blog, because of its huge audience, that he should run a campaign to reduce the mobile tax of 21% to its original state of 15% which it was,few months back.And this is also high.It should not be more than 10%.
Plus the Ads should be clear cut.Nothing should be written in small fonts in one corner.Everything should be Clear and Big.

package activate kerna ho toh itni dair intizar fir hota b nae aur call kero kisi no pe toh aata hai k aapka balance efficient nhi ha aur balance hota ha credit khudbakhud use ho jata hai
