If Mobilink Quietly Took Back JAZZ Advance Service?

Recently it has been reported that, Warid took back the call summary report and Ufone takes back its Message Delivery Report. Now Jazz is following the same trend but this time in a different Way.

It is reported by various Mobilink users that, the feature of JAZZ ADVANCE is no more available to the customers. Mobilink took a bold step by quietly taking back the JAZZ ADVANCE service for its prepaid users.

Interestingly, Jazz Advance page is still there on Mobilink’s website (Click here to check). When checked by calling helpline, CSR boldly told that Mobilink is working on the issue and service is not withdrawn for ever.

The Company hasn’t announced it officially. Advance Service was a very useful tool for customers in emergency situations. On the other hand Ufone doubled its Uloan Services by offering Rs. 10 in advance – Telenor is still on with its Auto Advance services.

This step may not affect the customer’s base largely, but many users will miss it. The Step to take it back may be due to the latest SMS bundle offerings, which can overshadow the customers mind towards the JAZZ ADVANCE feature.

Companies do follow these types of strategies to promote its new deals in the market and with the time being overshadowing the old deals.
