Nokia CARE Opens its Doors to Multan Cellphone Users

Nokia Pakistan, the market leaders in mobile devices, opened its first NOKIA CARE – customer care centre in MULTAN located at ChenOne Towers, Abdali Road. The Care centre will provide customer an easy access to expert maintenance services, warranty claims and expert technical advice. Nokia enhancements will be made available to maximize customer satisfaction.

The Nokia care centre has been established to facilitate consumers and is a global initiative, which is the first of its kind in Pakistan. Nokia so far has launched 7 care centres in the major cities of Pakistan located in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar and now in Multan. Nokia Care will provide customers with the required help and assistance needed to ensure best performance of their Nokia devices & engage Nokia’s global concept of ‘Connecting People’ through these care centers.

Sharing his views on the launch of Multan’s Nokia Care Centre, Reza Burney, Care Manager Pakistan said, “Multan is a very critical market for Nokia and with a clear market leadership we feel it is our responsibility to ensure that our customers are getting quality after sales service for their devices. Nokia Care centre will strive to achieve the objective of servicing the Multan market with the help of trained technicians backed by company original components.”

“Till now, the customers had to send in their devices to either Lahore or Faisalabad Care centre for repair and claims but now with a local Care centre it will be very convenient for them to get the Nokia standard of service in their hometown. We are hopeful that this will help reinforce customer purchase decisions by giving them the assurance, confidence and security they seek whilst purchasing a Nokia product” He added.

Apart from the usual customer services, Multan customers will also be able to check the warranty of their Nokia device via SMS, by simply sending the IMEI number of the device to 66542 (Nokia), shortly after which a response will be sent back to the device from which the query was originated.

The Care centre in Multan meets international quality standards with four customer dedicated desks and one dealer coordinator to facilitate the service quality.
